This Gulfside pool home will set the background for a great vacation! The best of both ...Beautiful views of the open gulf yet protected dockage for the boater or fisherman can be had from this one location. Relax on the expansive porch or poolside and enjoy the ever-changing views from the flats to the open gulf and at the end of the day the sunset colors. If the breeze picks up the views are equally nice from the living, dining and kitchen areas! Not a boater but love to kayak? A great flat and shoreline are just yards away to explore by kayak or to have fun snorkeling! 2 two-man kayaks are offered, complimentary, for your use! The home offers 22' of dock space behind the lift (the lift is not available for guest use). You can hang over the end of the dock a little without encroaching on the neighbor and there is very little boat traffic past the house. Vaca Cut is just minutes away for oceanside boating, the gulf is within view!
The 3 bedrooms and 2 baths include a master suite, with a king size bed and a private bath that will make you feel like you are at a spa. The hall bath serves the other two bedrooms, one of which has a queen size bed, the other with 2 queen beds set up in bunk style (top and bottom not side by side).
The spacious and well-equipped kitchen can handle multiple cooks and dining can be enjoyed inside or on the porch. No smoking. Pets may be considered but, on a case-by-case basis. You must contact us and receive permission for a pet to be on the property. If approved there will be a pet fee of $150 plus tax.
Pool heat is available in the winter months, optional and additional at $200 plus tax per week or $600 plus tax for a 4 week stay.
Travertine marble floors throughout are easy care. Microwave Oven, Dishwasher, Washer/Dryer, Gas Grill, Bait Freezer, Fish Cleaning Table.

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this amazing waterfront home. It was a perfect fit for our family of four. We fished daily from the dock and even had a manatee visit. The pool was the perfect temperature-we used it daily. The house location is perfect, making day trips to both Key West and Key Largo easy. Highly recommend.

Summary: We stayed at the house with our family and had an amazing time. We rented a boat and fished every day. Easy ride to 7 mile bridge and vaca cut. Convenient to grocery, shopping, and restaurants. Loved our stay!

Summary: The home was very clean and spacious! The views from the wrap around balcony were breath taking! Pool was clean and perfect temp. The family enjoyed fishing right off the dock, and the channel the home is on is actually a popular snorkel spot too. We had some rainy weather on most days which were not good boat days, but the home is close to Crane Point Hammock and plenty of restaurants. Outside bait freezer was helpful and the inside ice maker was a big plus! The neighborhood boat ramp does cost $25 to put in and take out but was easily accessible and close to the house. Perfect family house and for our dog! Very, very happy with our stay! Although check in isn’t at the house it was pretty seamless, we didn’t mind it. Hopefully to return next year!

Summary: 4th straight year renting in Marathon but our 1st time staying at this house. It checked almost all the boxes for us. A downstairs 1/2 bath would make it perfect and an elevator would definitely make things a lot easier but overall, this house was so enjoyable! The location, pet friendliest, & sunsets make this home a 10! The check in process was not our favorite. A keypad with a code would be our recommendation. We will be back though!!

Summary: Well apportioned home with fantastic views. We enjoyed seeing small barracuda, grouper and angel fish off the dock. We had the unexpected treat of seeing a small pod of dolphins right in front of the dock.

Summary: This is a beautiful house in a beautiful location. The home was perfect for our family with 2 adult children. A gorgeous view and big wrap around deck with a great sunset view each night. We loved having the SUP and kayaks for our use and it was fun to see the sea life right off of our dock.
